"description": "<p>EV-Spinner is a 2.5 ml non-stick ultrafiltration (UF) concentrator to enhance the recovery of extracellular vesicle (EVs) during the concentration or buffer exchange step. The ultrafiltration works in the opposite direction to the centrifugal force, providing higher particle recovery. The low protein binding membrane (polyethersulphone) reduces the EV loss compared to V-shape concentrators, and the reverse design of the EV-spinner ensures that the filter does not clog.<\/p><p><strong>Applications: <\/strong>Concentration of solutions containing EVs, exosomes or nanoparticles. Concentration of diluted matrices as cell media or urine prior to EV isolation. Removal of small molecules and unbound dyes from solution containing EVs\/exosomes and nanoparticles. EV and exosomes dialysis. Concentration of EV suspensions post SEC isolation.<\/p><p><strong>Advantages: <\/strong>Non-stick, easy recovery of the retentate, washable, reusable multiple times.<\/p>",

Once immunoadsorbed onto the plate, EVs can be analyzed for marker expression or lysed for nucleic acid extraction (e.g., miRNA).<\/p><p> <\/p><p>Custom immunoplates can be prepared upon request, using antibodies selected by the customer.<\/p><p> <\/p><p>The plates are ready to use, pre-blocked, and stabilized for long-term storage.<\/p>",

"text": "<p>EV-Spinner is a 2.5 ml non-stick ultrafiltration (UF) concentrator to enhance the recovery of extracellular vesicle (EVs) during the concentration or buffer exchange step. The ultrafiltration works in the opposite direction to the centrifugal force, providing higher particle recovery. The low protein binding membrane (polyethersulphone) reduces the EV loss compared to V-shape concentrators, and the reverse design of the EV-spinner ensures that the filter does not clog.<\/p><p><strong>Applications: <\/strong>Concentration of solutions containing EVs, exosomes or nanoparticles. Concentration of diluted matrices as cell media or urine prior to EV isolation. Removal of small molecules and unbound dyes from solution containing EVs\/exosomes and nanoparticles. EV and exosomes dialysis. Concentration of EV suspensions post SEC isolation.<\/p><p><strong>Advantages: <\/strong>Non-stick, easy recovery of the retentate, washable, reusable multiple times.<\/p>"

"description": "<p>96-well plates are covalently pre-coated with Anti-Human CD9 or Anti-Human CD63 antibodies (mouse monoclonal, HansaBioMed Life Sciences), enabling the capture and isolation of EVs\/exosomes from various sources, including cell culture supernatants, human plasma, serum, urine, and saliva. Once immunoadsorbed onto the plate, EVs can be analyzed for marker expression or lysed for nucleic acid extraction (e.g., miRNA).<\/p><p> <\/p><p>Custom immunoplates can be prepared upon request, using antibodies selected by the customer.<\/p><p> <\/p><p>The plates are ready to use, pre-blocked, and stabilized for long-term storage.<\/p>",
