Own Carrier Account: If you have a corporate shipping account with DHL, FedEx, UPS, or any other carrier, you may provide your account number during checkout. Shipping charges will be billed directly to your carrier account.

Important: Each product has specific storage requirements listed on its datasheet. Products requiring cold chain shipping are packed with appropriate cooling materials (dry ice or gel packs) and insulated containers to maintain the required temperature throughout transit.
Delivery times vary depending on destination and product availability. Orders placed before 12:00 CET on business days are typically dispatched the same day.

For shipments outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes, and other fees may apply. These charges are determined by the destination country's customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient.
EU Shipments
No customs duties for intra-EU deliveries. VAT is included in the product price.
Non-EU Shipments
Products are shipped DAP (Delivered at Place). Import duties and taxes are the buyer's responsibility.
We provide all necessary documentation including commercial invoices, packing lists, and certificates of analysis to facilitate customs clearance.
