TetraEVs: Purified EVs overexpressing CD63 (lyophilized)

TetraEVs are extracellular vesicles overexpressing the surface marker tetraspanins CD9, CD81 and CD63. TetraEVs are purified with a combination of tangential flow filtration (TFF) and size exclusion chromatography (SEC) from genetically engineered cells in order to overexpress the tetraspanins, namely CD9, CD63 or CD81. TetraEVs can be utilized as reference material for analyzers of nanoparticles or for assay calibration with enhanced simplicity in detection and quantification.
