Engineered EVs from HEK293 cells overexpressing CD63 (100µL vial)

TetraEVs are HEK293 cell-derived extracellular vesicles overexpressing the tetraspanin marker CD63 as a result of genetic modification to the donor cells. TetraEVs are purified with a combination of tangential flow filtration (TFF) and size exclusion chromatography (SEC) from genetically engineered cells. TetraEVs demonstrated high reproducibility of the overexpressed marker proteins without alteration of remaining markers. They can be used as reference material for nanoanalyzers or for assay calibration.

Characteristics: Particle size distribution 50 – 140 nm, lyophilized, storage at 4-8 °C.

Applications: Positive control for EV analyzers (NTA, flow cytometers, fluorescence microscopy), assay and instrument calibration.
