"description": "<p>Size exclusion chromatography (SEC) is considered one of the best methods for isolating and purifying extracellular vesicles (EVs) from different matrices. The method is fast, preserves the original shape and functionality of the vesicles, and removes the most of contaminants and circulating proteins.<\/p><p> <\/p><p>The miniPURE-EVs-Spin is a new SEC spin column designed for isolating EVs in a fast and easy way from small volume amount (0.02 – 0.2 ml). miniPURE-EVs Spin column is suitable for EV isolation from multiple fluids, including cell conditioned media, plasma, serum, urine. Moreover the column is an optimal platform for the removal of unbound dye post particle labeling, or removal of the excess of fluorophore conjugated antibodies.<\/p><p>The column is compatible with both fixed angle and swinging-bucket centrifuge rotors.<\/p><p><strong>Applications: <\/strong>EV isolation from biofluids and cell media. Removal of unbound dye post EV labeling. Working volume range: 0.02 – 0.2 ml.<\/p><p> <\/p><p><strong>Advantages: <\/strong>Easy and fast protocol (turnaround time approximately 5 minutes). No fraction collection. Reusable up to 3 times. Easy to store and ship (4°C).<\/p>",

"description": "<p>96-well plates are covalently pre-coated with Anti-Human CD9 or Anti-Human CD63 antibodies (mouse monoclonal, HansaBioMed Life Sciences), enabling the capture and isolation of EVs\/exosomes from various sources, including cell culture supernatants, human plasma, serum, urine, and saliva. Once immunoadsorbed onto the plate, EVs can be analyzed for marker expression or lysed for nucleic acid extraction (e.g., miRNA).<\/p><p> <\/p><p>Custom immunoplates can be prepared upon request, using antibodies selected by the customer.<\/p><p> <\/p><p>The plates are ready to use, pre-blocked, and stabilized for long-term storage.<\/p>",
