Product Overview

TFF-EVs is a filter cartridge in hollow fibers made of polyethersulfone (PES), pore size 50 nm. TFF-EVs filter allows rapid, reproducible and scalable purification of EVs that can be used on the lab bench for purifying small amount of samples (min 5ml) or connected with a mechanical system for purifying liters of biomatrices in short turnaround time. The TFF-EVs filter cartridge is sterile and suitable for cell culture work as well as re-usable multiple times. 

Sample type: EV containing matrices (i.e. urine, conditioned cell media, plant extracts)

Fiber material: Polyethersulphone (PES) hollow fibers
Sample volume processable : Recommended sample volume from 10 ml up to several liters if connected to mechanical pump.

Fiber pore size: 50 nm
Filter dead volume: 2 ml
