"description": "<p>96-well plates are covalently pre-coated with Anti-Human CD9 or Anti-Human CD63 antibodies (mouse monoclonal, HansaBioMed Life Sciences), enabling the capture and isolation of EVs\/exosomes from various sources, including cell culture supernatants, human plasma, serum, urine, and saliva. Once immunoadsorbed onto the plate, EVs can be analyzed for marker expression or lysed for nucleic acid extraction (e.g., miRNA).<\/p><p> <\/p><p>Custom immunoplates can be prepared upon request, using antibodies selected by the customer.<\/p><p> <\/p><p>The plates are ready to use, pre-blocked, and stabilized for long-term storage.<\/p>",

"description": "<p>Latex immunobeads 0.4 micron covalently coupled with antibodies against extracellular vesicle (EV) surface antigens, enabling the capture of EVs and exosomes from human biofluids (validated for plasma, serum, and urine) and from cell culture media without the need for pre-purification steps such as ultracentrifugation or other EV isolation methods.<\/p><p>The immunobeads are supplied with an exosome elution buffer, which allows the detachment and elution of captured exosomes\/EVs for downstream analyses, and with a bead regeneration buffer for reusing the beads in additional experiments.<\/p><p><i>* TEST format, including materials for 3 reactions, is also available.<\/i><\/p>",

"description": "<p>96-well plates are covalently pre-coated with Anti-Human CD9 or Anti-Human CD63 antibodies (mouse monoclonal, HansaBioMed Life Sciences), enabling the capture and isolation of EVs\/exosomes from various sources, including cell culture supernatants, human plasma, serum, urine, and saliva. Once immunoadsorbed onto the plate, EVs can be analyzed for marker expression or lysed for nucleic acid extraction (e.g., miRNA).<\/p><p> <\/p><p>Custom immunoplates can be prepared upon request, using antibodies selected by the customer.<\/p><p> <\/p><p>The plates are ready to use, pre-blocked, and stabilized for long-term storage.<\/p>",
