"description": "<p>EXO-Prep is a fast and convenient method of EV isolation from biofluids as plasma and serum.The isolation process is based on chemical precipitation: samples are mixed with the EXO-Prep solution and incubated on ice, allowing EVs to precipitate during subsequent centrifugation. The resulting EVs are suitable for a wide range of downstream applications, including nanoparticle tracking analysis (NTA), protein profiling (western blotting, ELISA, FACS), and nucleic acid extraction for mRNA and small RNA analysis.<\/p><p><strong>Applications:<\/strong><br>• Single-step isolation of EVs from biofluids and cell culture supernatants<br>• Compatible with NTA, protein profiling (WB, Flow Cytometry, ELISA), and nucleic acid (RNA and DNA) extraction and analysis<\/p>",

"description": "<p>96-well plates are covalently pre-coated with Anti-Human CD9 or Anti-Human CD63 antibodies (mouse monoclonal, HansaBioMed Life Sciences), enabling the capture and isolation of EVs\/exosomes from various sources, including cell culture supernatants, human plasma, serum, urine, and saliva. Once immunoadsorbed onto the plate, EVs can be analyzed for marker expression or lysed for nucleic acid extraction (e.g., miRNA).<\/p><p> <\/p><p>Custom immunoplates can be prepared upon request, using antibodies selected by the customer.<\/p><p> <\/p><p>The plates are ready to use, pre-blocked, and stabilized for long-term storage.<\/p>",

"description": "<p>96-well plates are covalently pre-coated with Anti-Human CD9 or Anti-Human CD63 antibodies (mouse monoclonal, HansaBioMed Life Sciences), enabling the capture and isolation of EVs\/exosomes from various sources, including cell culture supernatants, human plasma, serum, urine, and saliva. Once immunoadsorbed onto the plate, EVs can be analyzed for marker expression or lysed for nucleic acid extraction (e.g., miRNA).<\/p><p> <\/p><p>Custom immunoplates can be prepared upon request, using antibodies selected by the customer.<\/p><p> <\/p><p>The plates are ready to use, pre-blocked, and stabilized for long-term storage.<\/p>",
