"description": "<p>Exo-TFF was born from a combination of Microgentas and HansaBioMed Life Sciences technologies. It combines a charge based filter for extracellular vesicle isolation (Exo-Filter, Microgentas), included in a syringe with the tangential flow filtration cartridge TFF-EVs by HansaBioMed. The result is a device that can efficiently improve the purity of the nanovesicles from crude matrices, such as plasma, serum, or other biofluids.<\/p><p><strong>Applications: <\/strong>Purification of EVs from complex matrices, sample concentration, removal of unbound dye.<\/p><p><strong>Advantages: <\/strong>Turnaround time ~5 minutes. "description": "<p>96-well plates are covalently pre-coated with Anti-Human CD9 or Anti-Human CD63 antibodies (mouse monoclonal, HansaBioMed Life Sciences), enabling the capture and isolation of EVs\/exosomes from various sources, including cell culture supernatants, human plasma, serum, urine, and saliva. Once immunoadsorbed onto the plate, EVs can be analyzed for marker expression or lysed for nucleic acid extraction (e.g., miRNA).<\/p><p> <\/p><p>Custom immunoplates can be prepared upon request, using antibodies selected by the customer.<\/p><p> <\/p><p>The plates are ready to use, pre-blocked, and stabilized for long-term storage.<\/p>",
